  4. If using pectin, add 1-2 tablespoons now, increase heat to medium, and cook for an additional 10-15 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat, let cool for 5-10 minutes, then pour into sterilized jars.
  6. Let jars cool completely and store in the refrigerator.
