Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare the Mochi Dough: Combine sweet rice flour and sugar in a bowl. Gradually add water, mixing until smooth and slightly sticky.
  2. Steam the Mixture: Transfer the dough into a heatproof dish. Steam on medium heat for 20-30 minutes until translucent.
  3. Cool the Dough: Remove from the steamer and let cool for 10 minutes.
  4. Wrap the Peaches: Flatten mochi, place a peach in the center, and wrap around, sealing well. Repeat for all peaches.
  5. Chill and Serve: Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving. Optionally serve with coconut ice cream or honey.
