- Preheat the oven to the temperature specified on the brownie mix box. Grease an 8x8 pan lightly.
- Mix the brownie batter according to the box instructions and bake for 20-25 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Allow to cool completely.
- Prepare the instant vanilla pudding according to package directions, whisking pudding mix and cold milk until it thickens. Stir in green food coloring.
- Crush Mint Oreos in a Ziploc bag using a rolling pin until they are coarse crumbs.
- Layer the trifle in a clear bowl, starting with brownie pieces, followed by green pudding, and a layer of Cool Whip. Repeat the layers.
- Top with crushed Mint Oreos, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least 1-2 hours before serving.
