  • 2 large Eggs Can substitute with applesauce.
  • 1/3 cup Oil Can substitute with melted butter.

  • 1 pack Instant Vanilla Pudding Mix Opt for larger if making a full-sized trifle.
  • 2 cups Milk Use whole milk or almond milk.
  • 8 oz Cool Whip Homemade whipped cream can be used.
For Festive Touches
  • a few drops Green Food Coloring Optional if using pistachio pudding.
  • 15 cookies Mint Oreos Any chocolate cookie can work.
For Topping
  • 6 cookies Extra Mint Oreos Crushed for topping.
  • 2 oz Chocolate Shavings Create shavings from a chocolate bar.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to the temperature specified on the brownie mix box. Grease an 8x8 pan lightly.
  2. Mix the brownie batter according to the box instructions and bake for 20-25 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Allow to cool completely.
  3. Prepare the instant vanilla pudding according to package directions, whisking pudding mix and cold milk until it thickens. Stir in green food coloring.
  4. Crush Mint Oreos in a Ziploc bag using a rolling pin until they are coarse crumbs.
  5. Layer the trifle in a clear bowl, starting with brownie pieces, followed by green pudding, and a layer of Cool Whip. Repeat the layers.
  6. Top with crushed Mint Oreos, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least 1-2 hours before serving.
