Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare your pie dish with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted unsalted butter, and brown sugar until mixed. Press this mixture into the pie dish.
- In another bowl, mix all-purpose flour, chocolate chips, and vanilla extract to create the cookie dough. Spread over the crust.
- Bake the pie for about 30 minutes, until edges are golden brown.
- Remove from the oven, layer marshmallows on top, and return to oven broiling for 1-2 minutes until toasted.
