- Cook the sausage or bacon until browned and crispy, about 5-7 minutes, then mix it with the scrambled eggs and cheddar cheese.
- Flatten each round of biscuit dough into a circle approximately 4-5 inches wide.
- Fill each biscuit round with egg mixture, cheese, and meat, then fold and seal the edges tightly.
- Arrange the bombs seam-side down on the baking tray, brush with melted butter, and sprinkle with herbs if desired.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes until golden brown. Let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
