Preparation Steps
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, fresh cranberries, onion, celery, garlic, sage, thyme, salt, and pepper. Mix until thoroughly combined, about 2-3 minutes.
- In a small bowl, beat the eggs and then add the chicken broth, mixing well. Pour this mixture into the turkey mixture and blend thoroughly for 1-2 minutes.
- Using clean, wet hands, roll portions of the mixture into 1 to 1½-inch balls and place on a greased baking sheet.
- Bake the turkey stuffing balls for 20-25 minutes, until golden brown and firm to the touch.
- Remove from oven and let cool for about 5 minutes before serving warm for optimal flavor.
- For convenience, prepare the mixture in advance and store it in the refrigerator until ready to bake.

Notes
Ensure all ingredients are chopped uniformly for even cooking. Lightly wet hands when rolling the mixture into balls to avoid sticking. Bake until golden brown and cooked through, and rotate baking sheets if using multiple trays for even cooking. Refrigerate the mixture before baking for at least an hour to help flavors meld.
