Method

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, green onions, cilantro, minced garlic, grated ginger, soy sauce, lime juice, sesame oil, and season with salt and black pepper. Mix gently until well incorporated.
  2. Divide the mixture into four equal portions and shape each into a patty about ¾ inch thick. Make a slight indentation in the center of each patty.
  3. Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat and lightly oil it to prevent sticking.
  4. Place the patties onto the grill or skillet and cook for 5 to 6 minutes on one side until browned. Flip and continue cooking for another 5 to 6 minutes until done (internal temperature should reach 165°F).
  5. Prepare the peanut sauce by whisking peanut butter, soy sauce, lime juice, honey, and sriracha together in a bowl. Gradually add warm water until smooth.
  6. Assemble burgers by spreading peanut sauce on the bottom of each bun, adding a patty, more sauce, and toppings such as carrots, cucumber, cilantro, and red onion.
  7. Serve immediately with extra peanut sauce on the side.
