Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Slice the chicken breast into thin strips and chop any desired vegetables. Cook the noodles according to package instructions until al dente, about 5-7 minutes, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a bowl, combine the sliced chicken with soy sauce, honey, and minced garlic. Let marinate for at least 15-30 minutes.
  3. Whisk together the soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, minced garlic, cornstarch, and a splash of water or broth in a small bowl until smooth.
  4. Heat oil in a large wok or skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated chicken and sear for about 4-5 minutes until golden brown.
  5. In the same pan, add chopped vegetables and sauté for 2-3 minutes until crisp-tender.
  6. Return cooked chicken to the pan with the sautéed vegetables. Add noodles and the prepared sauce, tossing to coat. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds, scallions, or chili flakes, and enjoy!
