  • 2 tablespoons Honey or Maple Syrup Use maple syrup for vegan option.
  • 2 tablespoons Rice Vinegar For acidity.
  • 3 cloves Garlic Minced.
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger Minced.
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil Adds nutty flavor.
For Garnishing
  • 2 tablespoons Green Onions Chopped.
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds For sprinkling.

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  2. Cut the cauliflower into uniform bite-sized florets.
  3. In a large bowl, coat the florets evenly with cornstarch.
  4. Spread coated florets on the baking sheet and drizzle with vegetable oil. Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  5. In a medium saucepan, combine soy sauce, honey or maple syrup, rice vinegar, minced garlic, ginger, and sesame oil. Cook for about 5-7 minutes.
  6. Once roasted, transfer the cauliflower to a bowl and pour the sauce over, tossing to coat.
  7. Serve in bowls and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
