  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce Soy sauce can substitute.
  • Salt Adjust according to your taste.
  • Pepper Adjust according to your taste.

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Melt Butter: Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add 1 tablespoon of butter and melt until it starts to foam and bubble, about 1-2 minutes.
  2. Cook Corned Beef: Add 8 ounces of sliced corned beef to the skillet. Sauté for about 5 minutes until heated through and slightly crispy.
  3. Add Coleslaw: Add 4 cups of coleslaw mix on top of the corned beef. Cover and cook for another 5 minutes until slightly wilted.
  4. Combine Ingredients: Stir together corned beef and coleslaw with a spatula.
  5. Add Cheese: Sprinkle 1 cup of shredded Swiss cheese over the top. Cover and cook for 2-3 minutes until melty.
  6. Drizzle Dressing: Mix together 1/4 cup mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons sugar-free ketchup, 1 tablespoon horseradish, hot sauce, and 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce. Season with salt and pepper, then drizzle over the dish.
  7. Garnish: Top with freshly chopped scallions before serving.
