  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, eggs, breadcrumbs, diced onion, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until just combined.
  4. Transfer the meat mixture to the prepared pan and shape into a loaf. Press the shredded Swiss cheese cubes into the center and top with sautéed mushrooms and bacon.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 45–55 minutes, checking internal temperature with a meat thermometer to ensure it reaches 160°F (71°C).
  6. Once baked, let the meatloaf rest for about 10 minutes before slicing. Serve with pan juices and garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
