- Boil water in a pot over high heat. Add Samyang carbo noodles and cook according to package instructions (4-5 minutes). Drain and transfer to a serving plate.
- In a skillet over high heat, add corn. Briefly stir, then add white cheddar, mozzarella, mayo, and sugar. Mix well.
- Reduce heat to medium and stir occasionally for 2-3 minutes until cheese is melted and gooey.
- Remove from heat and let rest for 2-3 minutes. Pour corn cheese mixture over noodles.
- Garnish with dried parsley if desired and serve hot.
