Step-by-Step Instructions for Burger Bowls
- Wash and cut potatoes into chips or wedges. Pat them dry. Toss with olive oil and half of spice mix. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Place seasoned potatoes in air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for about 20 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- Heat a teaspoon of olive oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Add lean beef mince, cook until browned (6-8 minutes). Sprinkle remaining spice mix and finish cooking.
- Prepare the sauce by combining mayo, ketchup, mustard, pickle juice, and spices. Stir well and adjust seasoning if necessary.
- Assemble burgers by dividing crispy potatoes into bowls. Top with seasoned beef, lettuce, cheese, pickle slices, and drizzle with sauce.
