- Start by zesting one lemon directly into a large mixing bowl, then cut the lemon in half and squeeze in the juice, catching any seeds.
- To the bowl with lemon juice and zest, add maple syrup and poppy seeds. Whisk everything together until well combined.
- Remove the green tops from the strawberries, slice them into quarters, peel and slice the kiwis into half-moons, and core and cube the pineapple.
- Gently toss the cut fruits in the bowl with the dressing to coat each piece evenly.
- You can serve the salad immediately or refrigerate for later. If serving right away, enjoy within a few hours.
- For presentation, serve in a glass bowl or individual cups, possibly sprinkling additional poppy seeds on top.
