Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Cook the Pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the penne pasta and cook until al dente, about 10-12 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  2. Sauté the Chicken: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season chicken breast and cook until golden brown, about 4-5 minutes. Transfer to a plate and keep warm.
  3. Cook the Shrimp: In the same skillet, add more olive oil if necessary, then toss in the shrimp. Cook until pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes. Remove and set aside with the chicken.
  4. Sauté the Sausage and Vegetables: Add the sausage to the skillet and sauté until browning. Then add bell peppers, onion, and garlic. Cook for about 4 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
  5. Create the Creamy Sauce: Pour in heavy cream and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes. Add in Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and sauce is rich and velvety.
  6. Combine the Ingredients: Stir in the chicken, shrimp, and pasta into the sauce. Toss until everything is well coated and heat through for 1-2 minutes.
  7. Garnish and Serve: Garnish with parsley and serve hot, either plated or family-style. Enjoy!
