  • 1 teaspoon baking soda ensure it's fresh
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon optional nutmeg can be added
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
  2. Mash the bananas in a large mixing bowl until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add melted butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract, and mix until smooth.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
  5. Gradually fold the dry mixture into the wet until just combined.
