Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare Ice Bath: Fill a large bowl with ice water and nestle a smaller bowl inside it.

  3. Temper Egg Yolks: Whisk the egg yolks, slowly incorporate hot mixture, then return it back to the pan.
