- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, cottage cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, and cream of chicken soup. Stir until smooth and creamy.
- Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper into the mixture and mix thoroughly.
- Gently fold in the cooked chicken.
- Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish. Pour the chicken mixture into the dish and spread it evenly.
- Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the top.
- In a separate bowl, mix crushed Ritz crackers with melted butter until coated.
- Spread the cracker mixture evenly over the top of the casserole.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the cracker layer.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the topping is golden brown and the edges are bubbling.
- Allow to cool for about 10 minutes before serving.
- Garnish with fresh parsley if desired before serving.
