Step-by-Step Instructions

  3. Roll out the puff pastry and cut into 6 squares, approx. 10 cm x 10 cm.
  4. Assemble the turnovers by placing bacon and cheddar cheese on each pastry square.
  5. Seal the turnovers by folding corners and pressing edges together.
  6. Apply egg wash for a golden finish using a pastry brush.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until golden and puffed.
  8. Cool slightly on a wire rack, then serve warm.
