- Pour 4 cups of filtered water into a pot and bring it to a rolling boil.
- Remove the pot from heat and stir in the dried hibiscus flowers. Let steep for about 10 minutes.
- Pour the tea through a fine-mesh sieve to separate the hibiscus flowers from the liquid.
- While the tea is still warm, add sugar to taste and stir until dissolved.
- Squeeze in fresh lime juice and stir well.
- Add 2 cups of cold water to the brewed tea and stir until mixed.
- Dice your ripe mango and blend until smooth, then stir the mango puree into the tea.
- Transfer the tea to a pitcher and chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
- Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the tea over the ice before serving.
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves and serve immediately.
