Method
 

Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, onion, garlic, parsley, cumin, coriander, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly but avoid overmixing.
  2. Wet your hands to shape the kofta into oval-shaped logs, about 2-3 inches long, making 10-12 kofta. Arrange on a plate.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (200°C/400°F) and lightly coat the grates with olive oil.
  4. Grill the kofta for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 75°C (165°F).
  5. In a separate bowl, whisk together yogurt, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt until smooth and creamy.
  6. Remove the kofta from the grill, let rest for a minute, and serve with the garlic yogurt sauce either drizzled on top or on the side.
