Preparation Steps
  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, red wine vinegar, garlic powder, oregano, and a pinch of salt and pepper until fully blended and creamy.
  2. To the dressing, add shredded lettuce, sliced red onion, and sliced banana peppers. Gently toss until the veggies are coated.
  3. Layer salami, pepperoni, turkey, and provolone cheese in each sub roll.
  4. Preheat the oven's broiler. Place assembled sandwiches on a baking sheet and broil for 2-3 minutes until the cheese melts.
