For the Crust
  • 32 cookies Nutter Butter cookies
  • 0.5 cups melted butter
  • 0.25 cups brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt flaky sea salt optional
For the Filling
  • 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
  • 0.5 cups creamy peanut butter melted
  • 0.5 cups peanut butter chips can swap half for chocolate chips
  • 0.5 cups roasted peanuts
For the Topping
  • 0.5 cups Reese's Pieces candy
  • 1 teaspoon flaky sea salt optional

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9x13-inch pan by lining it with parchment paper.
  2. Crush 32 Nutter Butter cookies into fine crumbs and mix with brown sugar and salt. Pour in melted butter and mix.
  3. Press the crust mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan evenly.
  4. Melt 0.5 cups of creamy peanut butter in the microwave. Combine with sweetened condensed milk until smooth.
  5. Layer peanut butter chips and roasted peanuts on the crust, then pour the peanut butter filling over.
  6. Sprinkle the remaining chopped Nutter Butter and Reese's Pieces on top, pressing them down gently.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Cool the bars in the pan for 30 minutes, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  9. Melt remaining peanut butter for drizzling, slice into squares, and enjoy.
