Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 325ºF (165ºC). Gather your ingredients for a seamless cooking experience.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the imitation crab, half of the mozzarella cheese, half of the Colby Jack cheese, and diced celery. Add the sour cream, green onions, softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, and garlic salt. Stir until well blended.
  3. Lightly grease an 8x8-inch casserole dish. Transfer the crab mixture into the dish, spreading evenly.
  4. Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella and Colby Jack cheeses over the top of the crab mixture.
  5. Bake for about 20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and golden brown.
  6. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Sprinkle with green onion tops before serving.
