- In a large mixing bowl, combine the imitation crab, half of the mozzarella cheese, half of the Colby Jack cheese, and diced celery. Add the sour cream, green onions, softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, and garlic salt. Stir until well blended.
- Lightly grease an 8x8-inch casserole dish. Transfer the crab mixture into the dish, spreading evenly.
- Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella and Colby Jack cheeses over the top of the crab mixture.
