  • 1 pound Brussels Sprouts Fresh ones are best
  • 3 cloves Garlic Use fresh, minced
  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese Grated
  • 4 ounces Cream Cheese Softened
For the Glaze
  • 1/4 cup Balsamic Glaze Store-bought or homemade
For the Crunch
  • 1/2 cup Pecans Chopped
  • 1/2 cup Cranberries Dried

Method
 

Steps for Cooking
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Rinse Brussels sprouts under cold water, trim ends and slice in half.
  3. Toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread Brussels sprouts on a lined baking sheet in a single layer and bake for 20-25 minutes.
  5. Stir halfway through baking for even roasting.
  6. Remove from oven, sprinkle with parmesan and cream cheese, add pecans or walnuts if desired, and return for an additional 5-10 minutes.
  7. Drizzle with balsamic glaze when out of the oven and toss to combine.
  8. Serve warm in a dish.
