Step‑by‑Step Instructions
- Line a 10x15 inch pan with wax paper, allowing some overhang for easy removal.
- Melt 1.5 cups of chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second increments, stirring in between, until fully melted and smooth. Pour over the wax paper and spread evenly. Refrigerate for 15 minutes until set.
- In a mixing bowl, combine 1.5 cups of creamy peanut butter, 1.5 cups of powdered sugar, and 3 tablespoons of softened butter. Blend until creamy, microwaving for 10-15 seconds if needed.
- Spread the peanut butter mixture over the chocolate layer evenly. Return to the refrigerator for another 15 minutes.
- Melt the remaining 2 cups of chocolate chips in the microwave as before. Pour over the peanut butter layer and smooth it out.
- Before the top chocolate layer cools, sprinkle 1 cup of Reese's Pieces on top and gently press them in. Refrigerate until fully set, about 30 minutes.
- Remove the bark using the overhanging wax paper, place on a cutting board, and break into pieces. Store in an airtight container.
