  2. Season chicken breasts with chipotle seasoning and salt. In a skillet, melt butter, add chicken, and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown. Shred chicken once cooled.
  3. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, minced garlic, lime juice, and chipotle seasoning. Mix until smooth, then set aside.
  4. Preheat oven to 425°F. Roll out the dough into a 12-inch round. Spread BBQ sauce over the dough, then add shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, bacon, red onion, and cherry tomatoes.
