  • 4 tablespoons Unsalted Butter Melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper Adjust for spice preference

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Wrap each mozzarella stick tightly with a slice of bacon, securing with a toothpick, and place on the baking sheet.
Spicy Sauce
  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together hot sauce, melted butter, cayenne pepper, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
Baking
  1. Brush each bacon-wrapped mozzarella stick generously with the spicy sauce.
  2. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes until bacon is crispy and cheese is melting.
  3. Cool for 2 to 3 minutes, remove toothpicks, and serve warm with dipping sauces.
