Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Melt 4 tablespoons of salted butter in a 3-quart pot over medium heat until shimmering. Add 6 oz of Baby Bella mushrooms and stir frequently for about 4 minutes until they soften and start to brown slightly.
  2. Incorporate 1 tablespoon of chopped roasted garlic, ½ teaspoon of sea salt, ¼ teaspoon of ground pepper, and ¼ teaspoon of dried thyme into the pot. Cook for an additional 2 minutes, stirring consistently.
  3. Lower the heat to medium/low and mix in ¼ cup of heavy cream. Add 2 cups of cooked white quinoa and stir to blend everything cohesively.
  4. Add ½ cup of shredded Parmesan cheese and stir continuously until the cheese melts completely and the mixture becomes creamy.
