- On a floured surface, roll out your pizza dough into a round shape, aiming for a 12-inch diameter.
- Spread a generous layer of tomato sauce over the rolled-out dough, leaving a ½-inch border.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly over the sauce, then arrange pepperoni slices on top.
- Dollop generous spoonfuls of ricotta cheese throughout the pizza.
- Transfer the assembled pizza onto the preheated pizza stone and bake for 8–12 minutes.
- Once out of the oven, drizzle hot honey over the pizza and add fresh basil and red pepper flakes if desired.
