  • 6 buns King's Hawaiian Pretzel Slider Buns Can substitute with any slider buns.
  • 2 cups Fried Chicken Tenders (chopped) Use store-bought or homemade.
For the Toppings
  • 1 cup Pepper Jack Cheese Can substitute with cheddar or Gouda.
  • 6 slices Cooked Bacon (crumbled) Turkey bacon can be used.
  • 1 avocado Avocado (cubed) Boiled eggs can be a substitute.
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes (quartered) Any fresh vegetable can be substituted.
For the Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Honey Mustard Mix of Dijon mustard and honey can be an alternative.
For the Finish
  • 1 teaspoon Flaky Salt Regular salt can be used.

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Split the King's Hawaiian pretzel slider buns and place them cut-side up on a baking sheet.
  2. Spread a layer of Pepper Jack cheese over each bun, then sprinkle crumbled bacon on top.
  3. Place the baking sheet under the broiler for 2-3 minutes until the cheese melts and the buns turn golden brown.
  4. In a mixing bowl, toss the chopped fried chicken with honey mustard until well-coated.
  5. Assemble the sliders by placing the honey mustard chicken on each bun, adding avocado and cherry tomatoes, then finishing with flaky salt.
  6. Close the sliders with the top half of the bun and serve warm, optionally with extra honey mustard on the side.
