Preparation Steps
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Split the King's Hawaiian pretzel slider buns and place them cut-side up on a baking sheet.
- Spread a layer of Pepper Jack cheese over each bun, then sprinkle crumbled bacon on top.
- Place the baking sheet under the broiler for 2-3 minutes until the cheese melts and the buns turn golden brown.
- In a mixing bowl, toss the chopped fried chicken with honey mustard until well-coated.
- Assemble the sliders by placing the honey mustard chicken on each bun, adding avocado and cherry tomatoes, then finishing with flaky salt.
- Close the sliders with the top half of the bun and serve warm, optionally with extra honey mustard on the side.
