  2. Next, divide the dough into three equal portions for your flavor variations. For the honey cinnamon version, sprinkle in 1 tablespoon of cinnamon and add ¼ cup of honey or maple syrup, stirring until well-blended.
  3. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) while you shape your cookies. Lightly flour your surface and roll out each dough portion to about ¼ inch thick. Cut out your cookies with teddy bear cookie cutters.
