- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish. Start with one sheet of phyllo dough, brushing it generously with melted butter. Continue stacking an additional six sheets in the same manner, ensuring each layer is buttered well.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the semolina flour, eggs, sugar, milk, ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg, and salt until the mixture is smooth and creamy. Pour the filling evenly over the prepared phyllo base.
- Cover the creamy filling with another layer of phyllo dough, buttering each sheet as you do so. Gently butter the top sheet, then use a sharp knife to lightly score the surface into serving pieces.
- Place the assembled pie in your preheated oven and bake for 40 to 45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the filling is set.
