Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with unsalted butter.
  2. Layer phyllo dough in the greased baking dish, brushing melted butter over each layer. Repeat with five more sheets.
  3. Whisk together semolina flour, eggs, granulated sugar, milk, ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg, and a pinch of salt until smooth.
  4. Pour the filling over the phyllo base, spreading it evenly.
  5. Add another sheet of phyllo over the filling and brush with melted butter. Lightly score the surface in diamond shapes.
  6. Bake for 40-45 minutes until edges bubble and top is golden brown.
  7. Allow to cool for 10 minutes, then drizzle with warm honey.
  8. Garnish with toasted sesame seeds before serving. Slice and enjoy.
