- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with unsalted butter.
- Layer phyllo dough in the greased baking dish, brushing melted butter over each layer. Repeat with five more sheets.
- Whisk together semolina flour, eggs, granulated sugar, milk, ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg, and a pinch of salt until smooth.
- Pour the filling over the phyllo base, spreading it evenly.
- Add another sheet of phyllo over the filling and brush with melted butter. Lightly score the surface in diamond shapes.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes until edges bubble and top is golden brown.
- Allow to cool for 10 minutes, then drizzle with warm honey.
- Garnish with toasted sesame seeds before serving. Slice and enjoy.
