  3. Add the large shrimp to the bowl and toss until fully coated in the marinade.
  4. Sprinkle grated parmesan and chopped parsley over the shrimp and gently toss to adhere.
  5. Transfer shrimp to the prepared baking sheet in a single layer, ensuring they are not crowded.
  6. Roast the shrimp for 8-10 minutes until they turn pink, opaque, and slightly golden.
  7. Remove from oven, let rest for a minute, and serve immediately with extra parsley and lemon wedges.
