Cooking Steps
- Remove the core from a head of cabbage and slice into ½-inch thick strips. Set aside.
- Melt 3 tablespoons of butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add 4 cloves of minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute.
- Add cabbage noodles to the skillet and gently toss in the garlic butter. Sauté for 5–7 minutes until tender.
- Sprinkle in parsley, basil, oregano, and chili flakes. Stir and cook for an additional 1–2 minutes.
