  • 1 head Cabbage Sliced into ½-inch thick strips
  • 3 tablespoons Butter Can substitute with olive oil for a dairy-free option
For the Flavor
  • 4 cloves Garlic Fresh minced
  • 1/4 cup Parsley Fresh chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Basil Can substitute with oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon Chili Flakes Adjust to taste

Cooking Steps
  1. Remove the core from a head of cabbage and slice into ½-inch thick strips. Set aside.
  2. Melt 3 tablespoons of butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add 4 cloves of minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute.
  3. Add cabbage noodles to the skillet and gently toss in the garlic butter. Sauté for 5–7 minutes until tender.
  4. Sprinkle in parsley, basil, oregano, and chili flakes. Stir and cook for an additional 1–2 minutes.
  5. Serve on a plate and top with shaved Parmesan cheese if desired. Enjoy your meal!
