- Slice the cabbage head in half and remove the core. Cut each half into ½ inch thick strips.
- Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute.
- Add cabbage to the skillet and sauté for 5-7 minutes until tender.
- Sprinkle in oregano, basil, and chili flakes. Stir well to coat evenly.
- Serve hot, optionally topped with freshly shaved Parmesan cheese.
