- Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels and season each side generously with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
- Place seasoned salmon fillets in the pan, skin-side down if applicable, and cook for 4-5 minutes without moving them.
- Flip the salmon and cook for another 2-3 minutes until desired doneness, ideally 125°F internally.
- Whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and lime juice until smooth to prepare the Bang Bang sauce.
- Once cooked, remove salmon from skillet, let rest for 1 minute, drizzle with sauce and garnish with green onions.
