  • 1 teaspoon paprika smoked paprika adds deeper flavor
For the Bang Bang Sauce
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise or substitute with Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce store-bought or homemade
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha adjust based on heat preference
  • 1 tablespoon honey can substitute with agave syrup
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice fresh juice enhances flavor
For Garnish
  • 2 stalks green onions sliced thinly

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels and season each side generously with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
  3. Place seasoned salmon fillets in the pan, skin-side down if applicable, and cook for 4-5 minutes without moving them.
  4. Flip the salmon and cook for another 2-3 minutes until desired doneness, ideally 125°F internally.
  5. Whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and lime juice until smooth to prepare the Bang Bang sauce.
  6. Once cooked, remove salmon from skillet, let rest for 1 minute, drizzle with sauce and garnish with green onions.
