Cream Cheese Filling
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese Make sure it's softened for mixing.
  • 1 cup Marshmallow Cream Cookie butter can be used for a twist.
Decorating
  • 1 cup Sprinkles Add just before serving to maintain vibrancy.

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a mixing bowl, combine brownie mix, water, oil, and eggs. Stir until smooth.
  2. Grease egg-shaped molds with nonstick spray and fill with brownie batter, leaving room for rising.
  3. Bake for 24-26 minutes, checking doneness with a toothpick; it should have moist crumbs.
  4. After baking, let brownies cool for 5 minutes, then create a divot in the center while still warm.
  5. Beat cream cheese and marshmallow cream together until fluffy and smooth.
  6. Fill divots in the brownies with cream cheese filling using a piping bag, adding sprinkles on top.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set the filling.
