- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a mixing bowl, combine brownie mix, water, oil, and eggs. Stir until smooth.
- Grease egg-shaped molds with nonstick spray and fill with brownie batter, leaving room for rising.
- Bake for 24-26 minutes, checking doneness with a toothpick; it should have moist crumbs.
- After baking, let brownies cool for 5 minutes, then create a divot in the center while still warm.
- Beat cream cheese and marshmallow cream together until fluffy and smooth.
- Fill divots in the brownies with cream cheese filling using a piping bag, adding sprinkles on top.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set the filling.
