Preparation Steps

  2. Make Brioche Dough: In a stand mixer, mix flour, sugar, yeast, and salt. Add warmed milk, softened butter, and egg. Knead on medium speed for 5-7 minutes until smooth.
  3. First Rise: Transfer dough to a greased bowl and cover. Let rise in a warm area for about 2 hours until doubled in size.
  4. Shape Rolls: Punch down dough, roll into a rectangle, spread filling, then roll tightly and cut into 12 pieces.
  5. Second Rise: Place rolls in a greased baking dish, cover, and let rise for 30-60 minutes. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
  6. Bake Rolls: Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and soft.
  7. Make Glaze: Beat cream cheese and butter until smooth, sift in powdered sugar, and add puree and vanilla. Mix until silky.
  8. Glaze and Serve: Spread glaze over warm rolls and serve immediately.
