  • 1 cup Robin Egg Candy Adds delightful color and crunch.
  • 1 cup Easter Sprinkles Any colorful sprinkle mix can work.
For the Cocoa Speckles
  • 2 tbsp Cocoa Powder You can substitute with non-pareils if preferred.
  • 2 tbsp Water Just enough to make it paint-like.

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Begin by melting the baby blue melting chocolate using a double boiler or a microwave.
  2. While the chocolate is melting, line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Once the chocolate is fully melted, carefully pour it onto the lined baking sheet.
  4. Next, sprinkle a generous amount of robin egg candy and Easter sprinkles over the melted chocolate.
  5. Place the baking sheet in the freezer and allow the bark to chill for about 10 minutes until firm.
  6. While the bark is chilling, mix cocoa powder with water to create a paint-like consistency.
  7. Once the cocoa has dried and the chocolate is fully set, remove the bark from the freezer and break it into pieces.
