For the Sauce

  • 2 tablespoons Cajun Seasoning Adjust according to heat preference.
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil Butter or neutral oil can be used.

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Cook the pasta in salted boiling water until al dente, about 10-12 minutes. Reserve pasta water, drain, and do not rinse.
  2. Sauté chicken in olive oil for 4-5 minutes per side until cooked through. Remove and rest.
  3. Cook shrimp in the same skillet for 2-3 minutes until pink and opaque. Set aside.
  4. Sauté Andouille sausage for 2 minutes, then add bell peppers, onion, and garlic. Cook for 4 minutes.
  5. Stir in heavy cream and simmer for 2 minutes, then add Parmesan until melted and sauce thickens.
  6. Return chicken and shrimp to the skillet, add pasta, and toss with reserved pasta water if necessary.
  7. Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
