Cooking Instructions
- Cook the pasta in salted boiling water until al dente, about 10-12 minutes. Reserve pasta water, drain, and do not rinse.
- Sauté chicken in olive oil for 4-5 minutes per side until cooked through. Remove and rest.
- Cook shrimp in the same skillet for 2-3 minutes until pink and opaque. Set aside.
- Sauté Andouille sausage for 2 minutes, then add bell peppers, onion, and garlic. Cook for 4 minutes.
- Stir in heavy cream and simmer for 2 minutes, then add Parmesan until melted and sauce thickens.
- Return chicken and shrimp to the skillet, add pasta, and toss with reserved pasta water if necessary.
- Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
