  • 1/3 cup Maple Syrup Can use honey or agave
  • 2 cups Rolled Oats Quick oats will also work
For the Filling
  • 1 teaspoon Peanut Butter Additional for filling
  • 1 scoop Protein Powder Optional for added nutrition
For the Coating
  • 1 cup Chocolate Chips Melt for coating
  • to taste Flaky Sea Salt Optional garnish

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Combine 1 cup of peanut butter and 1/3 cup of maple syrup in a mixing bowl until smooth.
  2. Stir in 2 cups of rolled oats until fully coated and a dough-like consistency is reached.
  3. Spoon about 2 tablespoons of the mixture into silicone molds and press down.
  4. Dollop 1 teaspoon of peanut butter on top of each cup.
  5. Freeze for about 20 minutes until set.
  6. Melt 1 cup of chocolate chips in intervals until smooth.
  7. Pour melted chocolate over oat cups to cover completely.
  8. Return to freezer for another 20 minutes to harden.
  9. Gently unmold and sprinkle with flaky sea salt before serving.
