- Bring cream cheese and butter to room temperature (about 15 minutes). Gather necessary ingredients.
- Combine softened cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar or erythritol, and lemon zest in a medium bowl. Blend with a hand mixer on medium speed for 2-3 minutes until smooth.
