Ingredients
  

For the Steak
  • 1 lb Sirloin Steak Tender and flavorful.

  • 1 tsp Dried Oregano Aromatic flavor.
  • 1 tsp Dried Thyme Aromatic flavor.
For the Bowl
  • 2 cups Cooked Grains (Brown Rice/Quinoa/Cauliflower Rice) Cauliflower rice is low-carb.
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes Fresh and colorful.
  • 1 cup Cucumber Adds a crisp bite.
  • 1 medium Red Onion Sharp flavor.
  • 1/2 cup Kalamata Olives Briny kick.
  • 1/2 cup Feta Cheese Creamy topping.
For the Tzatziki
  • 1 cup Greek Yogurt Creamy base.
  • 1/2 cup Grated Cucumber Squeeze out excess moisture.
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Herbs (Parsley/Dill) Brighten flavors.
  • 1 tbsp Honey Optional sweetness.
For the Vinaigrette
  • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice Fresh juice preferred.
  • 3 tbsp Olive Oil Balance the dressing.
  • 1 clove Garlic (minced) Depth of flavor.
  • 1 tsp Dried Oregano Mediterranean essence.

Method
 

Marinating and Mixing
  1. In a bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, dried oregano, thyme, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade for the steak. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Prepare the tzatziki by mixing Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, garlic, fresh herbs, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Chill until ready to use.
  3. Whisk together the vinaigrette ingredients until well combined. Set aside.
Cooking and Assembling
  1. Preheat a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the marinated steak for 4-5 minutes on each side until desired doneness. Let rest and then slice.
  2. Layer cooked grains in bowls, top with sliced steak, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, Kalamata olives, and feta. Drizzle with vinaigrette and add tzatziki.
  3. Garnish with chopped parsley or dill and serve immediately.
