Step‑by‑Step Instructions for Greek 7 Layer Dip
  1. In a small bowl, combine 0% fat Greek yogurt, finely minced garlic, chopped fresh dill, lemon juice, kosher salt, and black pepper. Whisk until smooth and well incorporated, about 2-3 minutes.
  2. Spread an even layer of hummus across the bottom of an 8"x8" or 7"x11" glass dish with a spatula.
  3. Spoon the yogurt mixture over the hummus layer and spread evenly using a spatula.
  4. Sprinkle minced red onion evenly over the yogurt layer, then add the diced cucumber.
  5. Add the seeded and diced Roma tomato on top and sprinkle crumbled feta cheese generously.
  6. Layer sliced Kalamata olives over the top evenly.
  7. Serve immediately with whole grain pita chips or fresh vegetable sticks.
