Step-by-Step Instructions for Fruit Spring Rolls
  1. Start by washing and slicing your strawberries and any other fruits you choose. Cut strawberries into thin slices and remaining fruits into matchstick pieces.
  2. Pour 1/3 cup of hot water onto a flat plate. Dip one rice paper wrapper, ensuring full submersion for about 10 seconds until soft.
  3. Lay the moistened rice paper on a cutting board. In the center, place a few slices of strawberries followed by matchstick fruits, leaving edges for rolling.
  4. Fold one edge of the wrapper over the filling, tuck sides inward, and continue rolling tightly to the opposite edge. Seal edges well.
  5. Serve immediately for best texture and freshness, optionally with yogurt dip or honey.
