Mixing and Shaping
- In a medium bowl, combine the softened butter and Dijon mustard.
- Add chives, parsley, thyme, and minced garlic.
- Squeeze in lemon juice, paprika, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Blend everything together until smooth.
- Transfer onto plastic wrap and shape into a log.
Chilling and Serving
- Refrigerate the log for at least 2 hours or overnight.
- To serve, slice the chilled log into rounds.
- Melt gently in the microwave as needed.
