Method
 

Mixing and Shaping
  1. In a medium bowl, combine the softened butter and Dijon mustard.
  2. Add chives, parsley, thyme, and minced garlic.
  3. Squeeze in lemon juice, paprika, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Blend everything together until smooth.
  5. Transfer onto plastic wrap and shape into a log.
Chilling and Serving
  1. Refrigerate the log for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  2. To serve, slice the chilled log into rounds.
  3. Melt gently in the microwave as needed.
