- In a mixing bowl, whisk together chia seeds, oat milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and sea salt until combined. Approximately 1 minute.
- Cover and refrigerate for 1 to 3 hours, stirring every 15 minutes during the first hour.
- Boil water and pour over raw cashews in a heatproof bowl. Let soak for about 30 minutes.
- In a blender, combine soaked cashews, additional oat milk, and blackberry preserves. Blend until smooth (1-2 minutes).
- Divide chilled chia pudding into thirds for layering.
- Layer blackberry cream, chia pudding, and blackberry preserves in jars until filled.
- Cover and chill the jars for 2 to 3 hours for best results.
