  2. Cover and refrigerate for 1 to 3 hours, stirring every 15 minutes during the first hour.
  3. Boil water and pour over raw cashews in a heatproof bowl. Let soak for about 30 minutes.
  4. In a blender, combine soaked cashews, additional oat milk, and blackberry preserves. Blend until smooth (1-2 minutes).
  5. Divide chilled chia pudding into thirds for layering.
  6. Layer blackberry cream, chia pudding, and blackberry preserves in jars until filled.
  7. Cover and chill the jars for 2 to 3 hours for best results.
