  • 1 cup Pepperoncini Roasted bell peppers can be used as a substitute.
For Topping
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil Melted butter is also a good option.
  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese Pecorino Romano can be used for a stronger taste.
  • 1 tbsp Italian Seasoning Mix of oregano and basil can be used.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly coat a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. Open one can of crescent roll dough and press it into the bottom of the prepared baking dish, pinching seams.
  3. Layer capicola, salami, and pepperoni across the dough. Add provolone and Colby Jack cheese, then top with pepperoncini.
  4. Open the second can of crescent roll dough and place it over the fillings, sealing seams together.
  5. Brush the top with olive oil and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning. Bake for about 35 minutes.
  6. Let cool for 15 minutes, cut into squares, and serve warm, at room temperature, or chilled.
